Winter Riding

Went for a spin on my Gixxer 1000 today. I live in Canada - but a part that has highly variable weather. There were icy spots and wet spots from melting ice and snow - but I managed just fine. It's rare for a Canadian to go for a motorcycle ride in February! Very rare.

I can hardly wait for my H2! I know we'll get more wicked winter blizzards but after riding today it almost feels like spring is approaching. It's still far off - but today's ride was sweet.

Whereabouts in Canada are you? There have been a few warmer days in Toronto recently but its still been pretty cold. How cold was it when you went out riding?
I bet winter riding is going to be put to a stop in the north east with this blizzard that is happening right now.

Never seen a motorcycle with the track on the back. I imagine that could be a lot of fun. Could be a fun experiment with an old bike.
