@Turbo329

Beautiful pipe!

Don't forget to post the results on dyno'ing the flters+an update
on your gear mod ( is everything holding together? )

Thanks
Rapidroy1,

Yes the gear mod is holding together nicely. It survived a hour long dyno session. Racer172 has also done the mod and he's done 3 track days and 2 dyno sessions since. The general consensus is that it's working out nicely.

BoostedH2 has also done it recently.

This exhausts are the best option for power and lightweight lovers!

Thanks to Nate (Turbo329) received my Vandemon Titanium exhaust yesterday. Nate was terrific to deal with, kept me up to date on everything & responded thouroughly & quickly to my questions, just a pleasure to deal with. Really great job man!

Quality of the exhaust is fantastic, just really well made. It's even better in person, the muffler is art, the whole system is pipe porn.....From the online pics it looked to me like the muffler was a little more dull than I wanted so I was ready with materials I would need but was pleasantly surprised that it is much smoother & more satin than I expected so smoothed out & polished the headers, collectors & imo after the work the muffler & pipes look really well matched. Absolutely nothing wrong w/ the way the system comes out of the box, it's awesome, just wanted to dress her up some & once the pipe turns color should be even better... As Nate mentioned it took a while, spent the last 2 days working on it.

If anyone wants this done to their Vandemon, let me know I'm considering doing the work for other people, it's very time consuming to do it all by hand but rewarding.. Hope you like:

Got back from vacation today to materials delivered that I needed for the final polishing.

Couple of the Pics in really harsh lighting, looks even better in person but you can see the big difference from the earlier polished version to below. Only had to go one step back for one pass, then the 8th & final pass & then re-polish. All done by hand. And that's it, spent too much time on this already & just want to install the freakin thing. Have some carbon fiber too that I will install at same time so pretty excited to see it come together.

Pic below is Original finish on left/bottom vs first round of polishing on right.......Above pictures are same part (collector that attaches to muffler) but that I just finished today.

Just finished Polishing this Vandemon for another forum member. This is such a cool system & so well made, it's a pleasure to do this work. Love the way they created the collector's & mid pipe, my favorite part of the exhaust, well that & the muffler, it's a work of art....The welds are outstanding too. ..Hope the member is happy when he gets it, I really love the way it came out. Tons of pics taken before, during & after final polishing.

THANK YOU! REALLY Appreciate it, means a lot as it's very time consuming,,,,,, but a labor of love to do it all by hand but imo it's the best method w/ this system & to get under it's Spring tabs, into the Y areas of the collectors & mid pipe...... Yes, absolutely. 👍

That is absolutely stunning work, the polish work is excellent, really sets off a top shelf exhaust. As soon as I get my new girl broken in (still have not taken delivery, any day apparently), I am going to be purchasing this system, maybe I can get in line for the polishing!? Just terrific work sir!

apart from looking extra sexy why polish the pipes?

i'm only asking as after a few rides it's going to be covered with lots of crap and in need of another polish?

So it keeps the pipes looking better for long

I like to keep my toys clean and a bit OCD with it. I keep the end pipe clean but as i've never bothered with a fully system i've never through about polishing the whole system. But while it's off why not

Just got word a few minutes ago from Vandemon that they are now offering Polished Kits. They said that the shine is 90% of that which Stainless steel offers which is nuts!!!

hahahaha. I haven't even ridden my current Vandemon in anger yet and it might be for sale at a heavy discount. hahahahahahhahaha

Mine is going on soon, my wife's cousin has it at the moment. You are correct turbo329, it certainly isn't ugly and I will be happy either way. Going to see what he comes up with as another h2 owner who lives local to me is also interested. Big props to vandemon, as stradale says, their was a demand and they jumped straight in, others could learn from their enthusiasm:) would love to see what else they may come up with for our bikes?
