Sorry ,,No beer for you. Wasn't insured fully comp. My old bike , which i still have, is faster than H2 and up till now haven't had issues. I have 3 cats and they are not insured, saved over £3k so far. I am very fatalistic. I got 4000 miles up so just over £5 a mile, not excellent value but I bet alot of people would pay £500 to do 100 miles on a H2.Ok so you were at a speed event but at the time of the accident you were not racing and were between runs and this can be proven not only by witnesses but also by the Data logger that's fitted to the H2 and will record speed , throttle position and other things I can't remember ( read your hand book it's all in there ) at the time of the crash , if possible do NOT turn on your ignition all this information may be lost.
Is that not worth a shot for an insurance claim ? If it come off I will be expecting a beer !
