I put in my order for my H2 in November 2014, took delivery mid April of the next year. Even in the showroom it was the coolest bike I had ever seen.

Since then, it has evolved:

Short list, pictures follow. Kudo's to Justin (who will be joining the forum shortly), you can PM me for details on how it was done.

Color matched hydro dipped carbon fiber (15 pieces), matching the color was not easy.
Yoshinura Block Off plates
CRG Short Levers (will be going to long ones, too hard on hand muscles)
CRG Bar End Mirrors
Driven Racing Mantis Tire Temperature monitors (dash mount display)
Custom wiring for front turn signals, through marker lights in front
Rear Plate bracket
Custom LED strip rear turn signals
Kawasaki Frame Sliders
Power Commander
Straight Pipe welded through the CAT
Extra Throttle spring added, not enough though, going to a longer tube throttle
Custom aluminum chain link inserts for the missing seat bolster attachment points (3 per side, not installed yet)
Painted custom screws for panels (not installed yet)
Double Bubble dark windscreen (not in yet)
Radiator Guard
Front Axle spools to protect front forks
Dyno-Tuned (this week)

Even though she is smooth, elegant, she is going to be ridden fairly
hard, at about the limit of my ability without being stupid.

I think this is the first custom H2 in the US, I like one of a kind bikes,
my first is a 2011 BMW S1000RR. Screenshot by Lightshot

The trend continues with this bike.
I don't plan on selling it so worrying about resale and the mods is not
an issue for me.

Fantastic. Clearly there is a lot of scope to make these bikes more awesome. I think the engine alone is worth the price.

Rhody what did you use for a throttle spring? And you still think it's not enough? I want to do the same thing and make it more like my 10R. What will the longer throttle tube do?

Hydro dipping looks amazing and it makes a huge difference on your H2 when it's under the sun.
That's why I put sun/shade views, each has it's own form of beauty, if you like bling, bright sun is for you, if you prefer shade (as I do), then subtle is more to your liking.

I know this has been an issue for some here..but WHAT is going on with the 'return spring'?What are some here trying to do(with it) and WHY?

Easy to explain, it is too wimpy, adding a thin additional spring to the winding cylinder is not enough to make it robust to my liking.

I love it looks like the carbon was green when weaved... its beautiful how its under the surface...
Correction, it is not carbon fiber, the original dip is shaded grey like the real thing, the green / clear is laid on top. See the link at the bottom of the first post...

It's looking good and quite unique, the hydro-dipping works brilliantly.

Are you going to get some smoother mirror blanks?

Hehe, no Bob, but I am going to have the carbon fiber under lay done in green and new green screws, they are from a ZX10.

Gonna be interesting to see what if anything is different in the next ordering period.I'm suspecting some paint changes? This 'mod' of Rhody's is definitely something that would really add to the H2...it looks great!

A few final touches, color matched round head allen screws applied to double bubble Zero Gravity windscreen, mirror block off plates, R&G radiator guard (no pic because it is hard to photograph, but it appears well made), R&G front axle sliders,

Painted aluminum inserts, black screws for seat bolster attachment points

Pretty complete, at least for now.

A bit of advice if you plan to replace brake, clutch levers, don't buy short ones, I am still trying to exchange mine from folks in the UK who are not being responsive.
