No H2 at the Toronto Motorcycle Show

It turns out Kawasaki Canada does not have a H2 on display at the Toronto Motorcycle Show this weekend, I was there today.

While they do have a beautiful H2R on display, and pictures of the H2 are all over their Show advertisement, the H2 is nowhere to be seen, and according to the gentlemen at the booth, they did not receive any yet.

If you plan to attend the show tomorrow to see the H2 in person, you are out of luck, like me.

H2 Rarer than H2R ?

Seeing the R was close enough.
As a show of Kawasaki's ability and awesomeness the H2R is breathtaking.

The H2 achieves this reaction, because it is use able, street able and "ownerable."

It's debatable that more people will see the H2R than the street because of dealers buying them for their showrooms and Kawasaki taking the R to shows.
I was hopping to see the H2 at the Montréal motorcycle Show next week. Well it look like I will have to wait for the delivery of my own one to see it.

Interestingly, they might actually have one in time for Montreal...

I will let know if it is the case

Yes, and it is truly astonishing.
At the Calgary show Kawasaki Canada wouldn't let me touch the H2R.....

They didn't need to - but it sure would've made me feel special to get on the other side of the ribbon and sit on the bike.

Over the years I've purchased a few vehicles that are 'on the other side of the ribbon' and they always let me in. With my NSX, My Viper ACR..... It's nice.

Not with Kawasaki. It's my opinion that Kawasaki Canada doesn't know how to sell a bike like this, how to make the customer fall in love with Kawasaki..... How to make the experience so awesome that I'd be a Kawai guy for life. It's a lost opportunity.

Instead I wait in complete silence, complete uncertainty and completely uninformed about what's going on. They should take a look at the Dodge Viper Concierge Service. It's incredible. BTW, if you've ever considered a Viper - talk to the Dodge boys, they'll guarantee your car is 1 of 1! No one can order the same colour combination that you order. Then YOUR concierge keeps you informed every step of the way. Now that's cool.

Unfortunately, Canadian Kawasaki Motors Inc. has proven repeatedly that it couldn't care less what its Customers (or Corporate Kawasaki in Japan) think!

North of Edmonton for me.

Unaware of any others in this area so far...
That's really not the worst thing. I mean it would be great if they had both, but its pretty cool that they brought the H2R even. I imagine that there aren't many of those to go around at the motorcycle shows.
I think it's safe to say if it was an H2 and not an H2R, there would be some good chance they'd let people sit on it, too bad that experience wasn't possible on an H2R. But money talks and anyone who has money for such a bike and can let Kawi reps know would be the person to get on one.

I kinda feel like if they brought the H2 to the show and did not have the H2R then people would be complaining that they didn't have the H2R at the show. You just can't win 'em all.
