I smell the distinct scent of BULLSHIT that is reminiscent of the same crap Nissan was spewing regarding the justification of the GTR's pricetag.
Next, Kawasaki will be claiming they will be "losing money" on every H2 sold.

I hope I am wrong. If not, I will just laugh at Kawi and keep what I have.
Frankly, I have never had more fun on any bike than my 20015 GSX-R 1k.......and that sold for $9,500 BRAND NEW.

Frankly, I don't think Kawasaki cares. Some of the most fun I've ever had was on a 125 dirt bike back in college but we're talking about different ball games.

Do you not understand marketing or what? Nissan saying we lose money on every GTR is the single most effective advertising campaign they could create. It underlines the underdog image. GTR undercuts and stomps cars twice its price AND we're producing them all at a loss, JUST FOR YOU... Can you not see how that speaks to people on immeasurable levels?

Regardless, back to the video, I'm curious just how many H2's they have finished already? These are clearly road going H2's you can see the plate holder and treaded tires...

Only an IDIOT, like you, believes a PUBLICLY OWNED COMPANY will sell a vehicle at a LOSS. Only an IDIOT pays $110k in 2010+ for a car that was selling for $70k in 2009.

It smells like Kawi is going to make the same mistake that Nissan did with the GTR. If so, the H2 will be a sales failure like the GTR, and I will laugh at Kawi's stupidity and greed.

Now I know you definitely don't get it. They don't have to sell them at a loss but that doesn't stop them from telling you that they do. Remember 1K, its not illegal to lie to somebody.

When people feel like they are getting a deal (free lunch essentially) they are more likely to be induced than if they feel that they are coming out on the losing end.

Think about it this way, you and I are making a trade, are you more likely to trade with me if you feel like you're winning or losing? Winning right, thats what this is about, sell the narrative that each is sold at a loss because its simply that good, impregnate the feeling of a winning trade and people are more likely to spend.

Business is more about psychology than it is dollars and cents...

YOU don't get it.

Intelligent people don't believe Nissan's lies.
Intelligent people are insulted when they are lied to and do NOT want to do business with liars.
Intelligent people are the ones who can afford $70k+ cars.
Intelligent people will NOT pay $110k for a car that was selling for $70k in 2010.
