I would be happy without an electronic suspension if it keeps the cost down. Personally I have very little use for an Ohlin's quality suspension on the street -- especially considering you can easily dtop $20k+ on an Ohlin's suspension set.

Thanks for the post.

Anyone knowledgeable that can speculate why KYB Racing Suspension was chosen instead of Ohlins?

I conclude that there's no electronic suspension.
I made no such correlation... apparently you did.
I'm going by your initial post, it made it seem like you were saying the decision to go KYB over Ohlins meant you concluded no electronic suspension...

I concluded that there is no electronic suspension because it wasn't mentioned in the video... to me it would have been the most obvious place to state if there was since it listed the KYB Racing Suspension among the "Components of the Highest Quality."

Higher quality suspension is clearly a good thing if you are trying to get "The Engine From ****" to put it's power to the ground. Ohlins products are truly good stuff....but...
Just because there are no Ohlins suspension on the H2 in no way says lesser quality. Kayaba seems to have a quality Big Piston forks and there is no correlation between electronically adjustable suspension and "quality" suspension.

In fact most people buy bikes with Ohlins and never bother to set them correctly.

I don't mean to sound like a know-it-all but I have been riding for 45 years and learned some things along the way. One big thing to remember is:

Heavy advertising of a product usually turns this product into popular fashion and then because everyone thinks this product is great the price skyrockets and the assumption is that fashion equals quality. The magazines help to build this idea and soon we have slip-on mufflers costing $1700. Get real!
