Moin, moin ;)

many greetings from Germany

Alright.

Well for 2015 I'm going to sell my 1198 SP. I had to fix the starter sprag several times on both SP I owned so far. Done with that bullshit.

Selling that bike will leave a gap in my garage and finding out about the H2R price today, I'll go back to my original idea which is buying another, new 2012 GSXR 1000 leftover from a dealer and install a Velocity turbo kit, rebuild the engine to match the increase in power and improve the suspension with Ohlins internals.

Should run me around $27k. The stage 2 turbo kit is good for up to 400 RWHP. Say goodbye 300 crank HP $64k H2R...

At the end of 2015 I'll take this GSXR missile to our local tracks, set it up and see how it goes.

Good choice, that's much better than spending $64k for the H2R, i'm not sure how many people seen a high price like that coming for the H2R, i know i didn't.

At least hold out until we see the street H2 next month at EICMA... I seriously doubt they're going to price this bike over Panner R, between S and R is my bet...

I'll wait, I'll also show up at AIM here in FL. Not in a rush at all and no H2R prices confirmed yet, all made up so far. The turbo gixxer is my alternative if the H2R is that expensive. I also need to know that the kawi handles excellent on the track. If I wanted a top speed drag star I'd get a busa with turbo and NOS. Not my world. I always wanted a bike with current MotoGP power to weight ratio that handles very well. We will see...
