As a ZX14 rider I'm excited to see the H2, and now am considering getting one myself. The only problem relates to my riding position. My short stature requires that my bikes have low seat hight and non-aggressive bars. For my 14 I was able to get lowering links for the rear and HeliBars to solve my situation. But for the H2 there seems to be available links but no bars, as of yet. When someone finds a way to raise the bars I'll be a customer.
Meanwhile, I'll read with envy the exploits of you lucky people.
Hi there if there's a will there's a way! I have been involved a fair bit modifying bikes to suit shorter riders. I suppose sometimes there is no way but usually there are lots of considerations not only handlebars and links.
For example a Japanese friend who's height is 4ft 10 in the old scale wanted to buy a CB 400 inline 4 brand new, she was no where near touching the ground, I actually took delivery of it for her .....
With the help of a suspension specialist we-
Lowered and revalved suspension to suit
Scalloped out the existing seat and reupholstered
Fitted different tyres with lower aspect ratio
Changed handlebars and fittings
AND she extended the soles of her boots ( to allow a flat foot on ground) Almost as much as Elton Johns famous boots ha!
Modify sidestand to accomodate these mods
This wasn't cheap but shows her determination to ride the bike, of course the sacrifice is loss of suspension travel and road clearance but hey you can't have everything! The plus side is because she was short ( and light) the loss of suspension travel wasn't as critical for someone my weight on the same bike...

As for being a ZX 14 rider and going to the H2 you will be surprised how good the H2 is. I went from a Busa to the H2 and realised what I was missing excitement wise. It's most exciting bike I have ever had! And I have had dozens and dozens bikes in my life!

Thanks Jeffro, I almost forgot about the side stand, which I did have to replace on my ZX14. I found an aluminum one (with adjustment holes on the lower leg for various extension length) from a 3rd party and it works out wonderfully.
My inseam of 29"is probably better than the 4'10" lady you cited so I expect no more than 1 1/2" -2" drop would work fine so a simple dog bone is sufficient though a seat mod is fine for me if needed. There is a custom upholstery shot in Maine (always a good place to visit if only for the lobsters) that did such a seat mod on my Ducati way back.
The suspension rework is a cool thought to keep handling nearly equal to stock. I didn't do that with my 14 but it still handles fine for my talents.
Handle bars are a definite 'must do', and this option drives the whole sale.
The only thing you left out is a Krispy Kreme doughnut diet to increase my weight, hence the improved sag!!

I'm about 5'9" I think & flat footed w/ knees slightly bent on my H2. On an 2015 BMW S1000RR, I'm not even flat footed, not sure if it's the cut of the seat or what but the H2 feels more comfortable for me than other liter bikes.
Maybe not raised as much as you are looking for but might help plus it's OEM which is great:
Try Apex Risers! I'm thinking of trying these myself.
I think they raise the bars 2 inches, and back 1 inch.
