Last year Kawasaki showed everyone a very interesting concept as a digital animation in Tokyo. The concept was called the J-Concept and it featured a variable-architecture. Now Kawasaki has actually built a working J-Concept and is showing it off at Intermot in Cologne, Germany. Its the most futuristic bike concept I've seen in a while, and if it was all black I'd be comparing it the the Bat Bike.
The J-Concept is able to change its track, wheelbase and riding position depending on the type of road and speed. You can choose a more sporty stance or a more relaxed and upright stance.

And here's the video of the J-Concept that was shown in Tokyo last year.
