"Anybody not order one regretting it?...first off...be stoked...be REALLY stoked...all in;)

They aint gonna speak up now if ya paid em...I don't think but only one or two here DIDN'T order one....wait till they see the FULL ON reviews of this bike in the months to come....right now I can only think of one person here who's been consistently attempting to degrade this great bike...puzzling really.
This winter can not go away soon enough.

Salesperson told me as a general statement without any specific details (only after I made a firm Order with Deposit) that Kawasaki has purposely underreported the performance specs on the H2... hopefully this will be proven true.

Nevertheless, no regrets one way or another! :D

That I wouldn't doubt....great news!!!!!He could have told ya that BEFORE ya paid...kinda 'seal the deal' thing...but he waited...I believe him.The spec sheet says...524.8(it was .7 at first)lbs...then Rickey said he weighed his stock H2...one gallon fuel...and showed on the scale...470lbs....so yeah....something's up for sure...in a GOOD way methinks.

It's just possible that Kawasaki didn't intend to sell thousands of these from the getgo....but rather...offer them to a more 'exclusive' crowd...people who really have a lot of care for this kind of machine....maybe?IDK...I know ONE thing...I won't be abusing this ride...or trying to push it to the limit everywhere...no way.

Got my confirm from Kawasaki tonight, haven't given the details to the wife yet, maybe after I sell a bike or three. Yes, I am excited.

Stating the obvious here guys but 470 plus the exra 33 lbs of weight for the next 3.5 gallons of gas that the rest of the world compares weight with.. This puts it almost 22 down from the whopping 525. Not flaming here but I wouldn't be jumping for joy due to lighter weight just yet. Like I keep saying there is 3k rpm of revs that is neutered right out of the bike like the gen 4 10r is. I'm not sure if Kawi is being shady with stock numbers but after a flash to get back that top end power they will be imo. A 10r gains 20hp so h2 should be 30ish. That would. D substantiall.

Btw I am probly one of the only peeps that didn't order. I had the cash and wouldn't finance so it made it way harder to part with my money. I didn't expect that to happen. I drove around with 2500 for months so I could leave deposit anytime and k never did. I guess where I live, the northeast, isn't the best place for it anyways, a lot of tight twisty roads some highways but not many. I think for my riding style a 10r or bmw or new r1 is better for me, me likey tossing her into corners. Doing that with a 500+ lb, 200+ rwhp, 25k bike is well ass puckering to say the least.. Lol not ordering that thing could be the hardest God **** decision I ever made... Hope don't regret it TOO bad :crying:

Out of curiosity, did anyone on here order the H2R? Seems awesome, but very limited with the track only issue. If they already have these bikes in the 8's, I wonder what it will take to get times into the 7's?

I don't know which is more dangerous, not telling your wife or putting your butt in the saddle of the H2.

@ScharfSchaf said he went for the H2R, its in the ordering thread somewhere...
Talked with my Kawi dealer, his Canadian rep told him 37 bikes have been ordered in Canada three of them are H2R.

Excellent info, thanks for sharing. Now if we can find out how many were ordered in the US.
I'm not sure if that information is correct but thought I would share.

That is more than I thought they would sell here!

Probably a few people jumped in at the end, just before the deadline.
I would like to see how many are in each province.

Impressive indeed!
I would be willing to bet that they will do another production run of the Ninja H2. Its not like demand is through the roof, it would still be exclusive, but it would give some people a chance to save their money to afford one if they really want it.

Yeah, let's stop this talk if we can. It's not cool because that's NOT what they said they were doing. If they make a 2016, 2015 constitutes fraud (Defined as;wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain).

Ol Ricky Gadson undid any good he might've done previously by letting that cat out of the bag. NOT cool. And again, don't get me wrong - had they said up front it was a regular, albeit low, production unit I'd be fine with it. Changing the deal AFTER you get my money is horse ****.
You mean him saying..."IF".???

If that's what you're referring to...how many people have said.."IF" just on this forum alone? It isn't saying "they will"....it's saying..."I don't know"....and anyway...building more of these exclusive bikes doesn't mean a production run.Lowering the price or anything else.

They already extended the UK ordering window...cause guys want one.But that isn't a production run...that changes nothing concerning it's uniqueness.Had the UK been LESS responsive...Kawi wouldn't have done that at all.

I do think Ricky would have come out and said with more clarity whether this bike would be produced in production runs if he really knew.I don't think he actually does....they CAN'T go back on what they said previously. It'd be Reputation Suicide.

"If they make a 2016, 2015 constitutes fraud"...has anyone read the small print at the bottom of any Kawasaki motorcycle spec sheet?..."Kawasaki reserves the right to change......"....as they should. They have said though...this is a one time motorcycle.I believe that.Certainly they'll bring out SOMETHING probably similar...but not THIS motorcycle package. If one got angry because Kawasaki produced another bike with SC and all that...priced lower or something...wouldn't that be fair from Kawasaki?I think so...you know they're NOT stopping this tech with this bike...there'll be more Kawasakis like this one coming out...probably NOT with this displacement and all...but something different.

We'll be riding this ballistic missile and out having a blast...enjoying everything about this bike.I for one won't be thinking about "will they mass produce this machine?"...resale?****...I don't intend to ever sell it...but that's just me.

I think a lot of these feelings(comments)are just anxiousness in waiting for this bike to get to us.I think once we actually have this bike...and ride it...all these questions and such will disappear...it'll then be about.."OMG...I can't BELIEVE this thing!"...that's what I think.I've surfed a few different sites now..reading comments about this machine...one that stuck out was the price.Compared to like..the Italian bikes and BMW's and such...this bike seems actually pretty well accepted as to the price of it for 'what it is'...which no one actually KNOWS for sure except Kawasaki and perhaps Ricky and a few others. It's clear by now that the printed factory specs on this bike are LOW.It's performing better than previously reported.

MOST feel the bike is worth the price tag...and most feel this factory version has great potential that isn't going to be hard to get at.It's a win...definitely a win. You(we)aren't gonna see this bike running around like Gixxers or R1's.You may NEVER see another one out there...ever.I'm good with that;)I like having something(like this)that nobody else has...not that I feel 'better than' someone else because of it...but just for myself...having THIS factory Warrantied H2 motorcycle. One of a kind...FIRST model.Yeah...I'm happy about this.WE get to ride this killer bird just like that guy at Suzuka...on our own...enjoying all it has...(I know...that was the H2R...but you know what I mean).
