Is it possible h2 runs a 92 octane ?

It can run any pump gas. The question is do you want detonation and a knocking? If not, run what the cap recommends.
if you absolutely have to run something lower do so in limited quantities and get an octane booster asap. And don’t race your engine when your running lower
