Found these great photos
I particularly like the special treatment Kawasaki gave to the key, i.e., pics 13 and 19... looks like the the Kawasaki River Mark logo on the side of the butt.
Pic #9 you can really see the carbon fiber quality of the R nose, and emblem.

I actually like the layout of the H2 more than the H2R(subtle as it is)....ahem...they could have at least buffed out that nose on their H2 there...sheesh;)

Yea the two noses look pretty different in these pictures just because of the difference in material. If you run your hand over the carbon fiber would you be able to actually feel the weave?
It's supposed to be slippery...so it most likely is...smooth I mean.Possibly 4 coats of clear...two at least.No...I don't think the weave can be felt.

Yeh I was drawn straight to the marks on the nose. I wonder how easy (or not) it's going to be to keep the paintwork in pristine condition. Any thoughts ?

I'm almost as curious about that element as I am about the feel of the ride :) Maybe that's my ocd coming out :)

I know there's a thread on here about looking after the paintwork which is very informative but I'm still unclear about this one :-(
The CF is smooth. I rubbed it longingly on the weekend at my local bike show.

Thank you Baz.....
