Because it would need to be routed towards the ram air tube and the headlight assembly is in the way.
The only way this could be done is to make an old school style (ZX12R) Scoop under the nose fairing but that would probably rub under hard braking and you still wouldn't get the surface area that the H2R has. You still won't solve the problem of the H2 air filter creating turbulence at the entry point of the SC.
It's too big of a customization job for minimal hp gain. We already have more horsepower than we can use and the 300hp @ the wheels benchmark has already been reached.
