I ran the H2's gearing through my gearing spreadsheet and with the stock gearing, the bike will run 210 mph at 14,000 rpm. I guess the H2R has much different gearing to hit the 250 mph number that has been tossed around.

If I remember right the only difference is 2 tooth less on the rear sprocket of the H2R

IF it will pull 14K in 6th.... air gets pretty thick at those speeds.

Going to a 42 tooth on the rear raises the top speed to 220. I agree that 200+ is a very tough area. I run at Bonneville, so I know an great place with a five mile straight.....

Never tried. I know it works from 18/42 up to 19/44
