IDK HOW to remove it,but the ECU is gonna act up...until it gets 'reprogrammed' by someone.I mean...lamp wise.Probably not too difficult physically removing the unit. The lines may have to stay though...IDK.Good question.Hope someone here can shed some light on this for ya.

Check with racer172, he has a thread on here regarding disabling the ABS, though I don't think he has removed the unit, yet, as he was considering this I believe.

Thanks.

The problem is removing also the unit without having ecu or dash errors...

I can remove the tubes and leave the unit, but it's nothing to save weight....

There are only 2 ways to deal with this issue. One as mentioned before get the ecu to ignore the abs.
Or it may be that the abs is based on the FlexRay protocol
https://pdfs.semanticscholar.org/9370/641fc248d97aeedf779c9b2eed5c7eb0d4d7.pdf
Then what I would do is use one of these
https://os.mbed.com/handbook/mbed-NXP-LPC11U24
Which requires a bunch of programming (I use them for a quick and dirty HID interface I/O) to fake out the ECU to think the ABS is there.
Not a simple solution, and if the protocol isn't FlexRay, then you would have to use an oscilloscope to snoop the protocol and emulate it. Which would be fun but time consuming.

Malumat, did you get around to doing the ABS delete/removal?
Racer172 had removed his and must have got the ecu to be fooled into thinking it was still there.
