After seeing many sources mentioning different displacement sizes, a couple of those being 600cc and 750cc, I figured I'd take it to the forums and see what exactly you guys know and think it will be. So what will it be?

What engine displacement range would you like to see? Is 600cc just enough or not enough?

Oh and lets not forget what we have to rely on for now, right from Kawasaki, which will of course help with this discussion:

I'd like to see it 900cc, 750 as an absolute minimum.
Given the manufacturers' reluctance to run 1 bar boost or more, the engine needs to be biggish to be OK off-boost (with low compression, mild cams etc)
Of course they could go the full hog and introduce intercooling, but given the tight packaging on a bike my hopes are not high..

The sounds from thsi video tells me its in the range of a 600-750cc. I am curious to how much psi its running. And I would say its a low compression engine handle the boost. Just remember the space they have to work with though. Judging from the profile leak they have little to none space. maybe an aftercooler?

@Klotzo That's what I was thinking as well, if it actually turns out to be a liter that sounds like how it does in the video, I'll be rather surprised.

The cc of the production spec model will be closer to 300cc rather than 1000cc. Fewer cylinders than four, and more cylinders than two :)
You'll be happy to know what it is now :) Along with the rest of the solid information that has been flooding this forum on it. Have you had the chance to go through any of that yet @Beattie ?
