Hello mates, I'm trying to get rid of the catalyst on my costumer's H2. My boss will be traveling to the States in a couple weeks time to see the guys from Guhl and while he's there he'd like to purchase a link pipe without catalyst. The bike already has an Akrapovic slip on exhaust. I've been searching for this part but no one seems to have it available yet. I asked the guys from Brocks but haven't had an answer yet. Does anyone know who has this part in the USA? We are based in Mexico, so no emissions or noise regulations. Any information will be greatly appreciated. Cheers.

Pablo, the reason that nobody makes a link pipe is probably because the exhaust is one-piece from the exhaust ports back to the muffler joint. A link pipe would mean cutting the system so that it could be fitted. Akrapovic and others will offer a full system.

If a link pipe were to be available I personally wouldn't buy it because cutting up the standard system to fit it would destroy a part costing thousands of dollars/pounds to replace and I like to keep all the standard parts when I modify a bike.

Thank you for your responses guys. I just got an email back from Hindle saying that they make a mid pipe for a $100. I know we'd have to cut and weld some metal in order to make it work. I also got an answer back from Austin Racing and they said they're prototyping a full system for the H2 and that it'll probably be available at the end of the month. I'll be on the phone and on my email all day, any further information I get I'll post it.
