So this was posted to a facebook group, and here is a small video showing a couple all green H2's at 53 seconds and 1:14 into the video. The green looks too bright for my taste in the pic, but I would have to see it in person for sure. Reminds me of Rickey Gadsons bike.

I hope that green is some sort of one off pace bike thing for Kawi track days and not a factory color because it's both hideous and looks completely wrong on the H2.

We have a 14R with a metallic scheme (oem), and boy is it awesome. H2 would look great with that and a black frame, imo.

Thanks for another positive comment!

I have a funny feeling that's the case. Looks very OEM. Note the KIBS stickers.
I didn't even think to look for that. Good observation.

Again I would have to see it in person, but Gadsons bike to me looks unreal in that colour with that exhaust.

Looks like a new colour for 2016 maybe ?
Although I've been saying that for some time that there could be a 2016 version until I heard from a reliable source that Kaw wont be doing a any more H2 or H2R. I then asked what about the left overs/motors and frames that didn't pass quality control for what every reason. We chatted a bit longer and I was told that they were told it wasn't happening.

We shall see in quarter 4 of 2015 then. I like the amount of green on the H2 now but I will say that amount of green would be a H E double hockey sticks easier to clean and not worry about scratching the paint job.

But now that I've found out that the H2R is street register-able (http://www.ninjah2.org/forum/ninja-h2-general-discussion/10506-plating-h2r.html) in a few US states, and if I had 50k, I'd get that. Didn't want to thread jack but here are the vids

Now that I have looked at Gadson's green machine a few more times, I can see the appeal. It's kinda growing on me.

I like that thick Green color.Definitely would do away with having to apply swirl remover every other ride or whatever. There is one consolation with the Mirror Black..the overall surface area is pretty small. My factory paint hasn't been a nightmare for me yet.Only takes a couple of extra minutes to detail any swirls out...which aren't very many actually.I think the Beasley's helped in this.

Nice H2R....kinda trick with the headlamps there.Wonder about the rear?Turn signals?

it's all guesswork of course but the other possibility to green being the 2016 colour could be that these bikes were prototypes, like the hybrid supplied to Rickey Gadson before the mirror-coated black paint was available on customer machines.

I like the original color better, but I am happy to see more options being offered. Adding more color options must mean that they are going to realy stick with this model. Maybe limited runs but actually making them year after year?

I for one would like to see the jap manufacturers stop flooding the market and killing our resale. If they don't stop with h2 they never will... You guys would love to see a "leftover" for 17999 I bet

I could be wrong, and no knocking our H2's,but I just don't see(right now)our bikes being 'up there' because of what they are.I guess I mean....they're not gonna go UP in value over time...Maybe...but I don't see how.Couple of years...one of these other MFG's are gonna have a bike like this or better out there.Probably for less than these cost new.

As Kawasaki has never claimed it would only be making the H2 for one year i can see them making as many as they can sell , they are a profit motivated money making business at the end of the day .
Even worse than that I can see a point in the future when they have exhausted all of the buyers who are prepared to spend £22,000 or $25,000 USD and lower the list price to whatever still makes them a profit , I will lay money down now that the green will be a 2016 option for the H2 .
Hopefully I'm wrong and they keep it as a aspirational, collectors piece . Honda done a similar "muscle flexing" exercise with the 750 NR and the Honda NRX 1800 Rune only built at the Honda USA plant in Ohio in 2004/ 2005 only about 1500 to 2500 of these high end custom bikes were build that supposedly Honda lost money on every sale although I'm not sure if I believe this.
