When I watch the 'Top Quality Components' video I can see the top of the fork tube.

It says, Preload, Ten and Comp.

Many years ago I won a national motorcycle road racing championship - and I still do dozens of track events and races a year, but I've never used the term 'Ten' when it came to adjusting the suspension. I've adjusted ride heights, preload, oil viscosity, oil level, spring rates, spring heights, rebound and compression.... Many hours tinkering with suspension adjustment.

I presume 'Ten' is the same as 'rebound'? Is it short for... I dunno, 'tension'?

Am I having a brain fart or is this unusual to anyone else?

Tension of what? What does it adjust?
