I would try checking to see if you don't have a boost leak where the large hose attaches to the air box. It used to be a common issue on the earlier models, but I guess it could happen on the newer ones.Hey guys. For some reason my H2 all of a sudden lost about 30HP. As we are trying to retune, it just wont accept the changes and stays put even after installing a stage 3 gear!!! Any ideas please????
Thanks yea the boost leak is a good idea. I will check today. Its not on a low power mode. Its so strange. Thanks for respondingI would try checking to see if you don't have a boost leak where the large hose attaches to the air box. I am assuming you've checked to make sure it wasn't placed in a lower power mode inadvertently. Could be worth checking the spark plugs, or maybe even the valve clearances. I had a gradual loss in power on my zx10 and it turned out the valve clearances were off way early on half of them.
I am sure others will chime in with any other ideas before resorting to digging that deep.
Its woolic. We adjust all the fueling tables etc… but produces zero change on the dyno. Its like it just never makes it to the ECU.When you say it won't accept the changes, do you mean when trying to download changes into the ECU via whatever connection you have? Meaning, are you using Woolich or Flashtune etc?
I'm in no way an expert in this, just wondering what tuning method you are using incase the problem lies there?
(I have Woolich on mine, tuned by an expert).
