I could be wrong but I think I remember reading this tire was specifically designed for the h2. So maybe thats why a 200 series just pops on the scene. It supposedly is meant to handle the stupid acceleration if the h2's without slipping.

Bridgestone isn't the only company making a 200 series.ANY good tire mfg with a 58W type 200 tire will work.I think this 'stock' Bridgestone is gonna be like the rest of the Stock tires...lousy mileage....

You could most likely throw a 190 on there and it'd be fine?

That's what i remember reading as well about this.
Has to be good, they already designed an amazing bike, i'm sure the tires that come with it complement it well enough.

Yeah...if they don't burn up in 2000 milesLOL!!!

You know...all that power doesn't necessarily HAVE to be used all the time....I think regular riding(if that's what a guy chooses)will make any tire on this bike last fine...maybe even moreso with this lighter frame and all.

I don't know what "regular riding" is going to be like on this bike, at least for me anyway.

I'm opening a savings account for new tires starting tomorrow.

My rear tyre is looking a bit tiered after 1.400 ks.I have purchased a set of metzler M7RR tyres which I will get fitted next week,as soon as I get a chance to scrub them in weather permitting I will give a report.

Tire mileage?Well...I am.Want the most out of what I'm paying for.

Ended up buying the OEM tires again for mine. We'll see about any mileage gains with these 'new' factory(bridgestone)buns.See how these do.Rear's already shot at 1k...well...it has maybe a couple hundred miles still left.Front's still okay...kinda...enough anyway.Do no chicken strips on the front mean she's worn too much?

Bazzaman says.."Your tire budget is called KRTC..."...what,and take all the fun outta our bikes? No WAY!!!Besides...it aint so much my takeoffs...it's the roll-ons at 90 that're gettin meLOL!!!Combined with this killer quickshift.Wide open baby, wide open
