I just noticed this today!!!

Was about to clean my chain and I see a drip of red oil on my floor mat. I've got about 3500 miles and had no idea these reservoirs were there so they have never been emptied. I collected about 1 tsp (5ml) from the intake side and about 2tsp from the impeller side. I haven't taken the air ducting off yet. I am scared to see what it looks like!! I have never seen anything like this before.

reading all the previous threads, it seems like this is a "normal" thing. Or else there would be no need for these drains. I am curious to know if there is a prescribed emptying interval or is there anything that I should be on the lookout for as far abnormalities? Something that indicates that there may be a serious problem?

I am using an MWR filter.
