Ok brake pad up date.... Don't bother changing them because they are already Sintered HH pads front and rear. I pulled it apart today after my EBC pads came in and they are BRM11GHH rear pads and TT2172HH rear pads.....if you want to run EBC's the front part number is EPF A447HH and the rear is FA266HH.....

Reviving an old thread here.

I burned through a set of brake pads after 1300 miles, mostly track. Looks like stock pads are $200+.

The stock pads are awesome and I actually would like to keep running them. However, there is another option for the M50 caliper. Vesrah has HH sintered pads and the part number is VD-9031RJL (Not to be confused with the VD-9031JL Street Pad) They seem to be a cheaper alternative at around $140 for both sides and should provide equal performance if not better, depending on your preference. The "R" designation in the part # identifies it as the race pad. My experience with Vesrah's in the past is that they have a more progressive bite/feel VS. the grabby nature of the EBC pads.

I will probably test the Vesrah pad at some point this season or over the winter.

Reviving an old thread here.

Turns out the OEM pads are back ordered and they really don't last long quite frankly.

So I'm going to give the EBC pads (Part No. EPFA447HH) a try. I just ordered a set for the fronts. I will keep you posted as to how they fare on the track early next month.

Re-reviving...

Any feedback on these pads? How is the initial bite / progressive feel on these?

(apologies if I've already missed an update elsewhere).

Don.
