Oil Catch Can - Where to install?

I have a 2016 H2 with an Extreme Creations Intercooler, stage 3 gears and head / cam work, every 4 or 5 high speed runs it pukes oil all over the place even if the oil level is only half full, does anyone know where i could install an oil catch can to vent the crankcase and solve this issue?

Had anyone vented directly into the exhaust after the O2 sensor, it seems a few boosted car guys have done this with success and would save me the huge headache of trying to find a place for the catch can on the H2 which has no space for anything!

Thx.

Does it accumulate for the non puke runs and only sometimes shows or is it only sometimes that it does it at all
Thinking its either detonation unsettling the rings sometimes or you need to do a leakdown to see if you have any damage

Only does it on top speed runs of one mile, normal riding no issues, leak down test shows motor is fine.

The last time it filled the corners of the extreme creations intercooler where the connectors are and the oil worked down the threads and pooled in the top of the crankcase.

This time it blew out the blow of valve.

Still sounds like detonation , rings should seal better under higher pressure
my turbo bikes running up to 32 psi blow out nothing unless there is something else going on like detonation, over full or motor damage
and not much reference from others with puking problems
cant comment about my H2 for another week , its a shed and dyno queen until i hit the salt next week

Motor had a full rebuild 1000 miles ago, new head, cases, pistons, etc....

No one else is going 238 mph GPS as far as i am aware.

If i keep it under 230 mph GPS no issues.

Ok, so 8 mph is a large hp increase at that speed , maybe even change in throttle position , not so much rpm but psi could vary with tps
Same setup as before the motor build ? and what let go ?

About as long as i have been waiting when i first started the build page
As long as we get the meeting done
Government has recommended banning gatherings of more than 500 people, so DLRA is considering there position now
in some respects its not like a spectator sport with people jammed into close seating , more like a community with the exception being cafeteria style eating and limited amenities
guess we will know in a few days meanwhile i keep finishing the bikes

Everything is the same as before ... as i continue my disassembly the intercooler is full of oil, i am about to check the plugs and do a leak down test.

My mechanic thinks it could be "piston ring flutter" because even though it has stage 3 gears, which produce 28 psi, at higher rpm due to the CFM limits of the supercharger it drops to 20 psi.

The motor is pulling 13 8xx rpm with 19 front and 37 rear and 60 aspect ratio rear tire so i am also getting wheel spin on a stock swing arm.

Let me know how things progress on your end.

Have you run the high speeds with no air filter ?
just struck me that the filter could be restrictive enough when you have a larger air demand of the stg 3 gears to have reduced atmospheric pressure post filter

28 psi at 100% throttle ? or are you not getting it wide open at high rpm in lower gears ,
the more i see logs of these bikes the more interesting the dynamics
also some weird stuff going on in the OEM ecu
if you need more info on that give Guhl a call
