Ok' looks like there is a 2 pin connector with red and black wires going to it. I believe red is switched positive. Trying to figure out the best and cleanest way to tap into it.

An easy switched 12V source in the tail section is the license plate light wire. You can tap into with a "posi tap" style connector, or if you want a cleaner install or you did remove your light completely you can wire your accessory in direcly with a matching connector. In the same connector, you can obviously have also ground if needed.

Yep, under the bumstop pad there is a black 2-pin connector with a Red and Black/yellow.

The Red is switched live, Black with Yellow tracer is Earth. Same as on the ZX/ZZR 1400’s.

There is a black rubber boot over the connector block.
