What altitude you at?Nevermind...it's 4K.Don't know the effects of that on an H2.I'm guessing, probably none.I've been up to 5K at times. She still ran the same.

4500 feet and up to 9000 for most of the riding I do.

Maybe just for starters, you could change out the air filter.Perhaps an SP-08?(sprint).You can call Don Guhl and talk to him...he'll work with ya I'm positive.(google 'no guts no glory'..that may get ya his phone number).I KNOW if this is an issue,he will take it on.9K feet...that's up there for sure.

Brock's has that stage 2 kit...mapped with a PCv...but at 4-9K elevation,it may need a special tweaking of it.IDK.Guhl's your go to guy on this..IMO.You gotta ditch that muffler for one thing, and the sound canister.Open up the flow.

Possibly a re-gearing of the supercharger...just the one upper gear...that might be useful?Get some more boost in there.

I have an air filter being delivered tomorrow. And I just ordered a 19 tooth sprocket from @Brock s. If I do a flash it is going to be about rideability not all out performance, I don't drag race and don't do straight runs but once every blue moon. I ride twisty roads, I'm not going to set any records. I like to wheelie between corners. Changing the exhaust is out of the question, I hate noise. I like the exhaust, I don't mind the weight. Many have said that a good flash will smooth out the harshness in the throttle, and just killing the restrictions will be fine, but it will need to at least allow the TC to be settable while riding or at least allow it to stay off each key cycle.
Yes, I am a sucker for any contest of speed. But I'm pretty sure the H2 can handle pretty much anything around here, without having to do a lot of mods.
The real problem is figuring out what is a good flash and who actually has 17/18 experience. I don't want to be the guinea pig.

Okay then.Sounds good.I'd go with Brock's/Guhl.Get the PCv and flash package...let em know your altitude. That might make a difference.IDK.Sounds like actually you don't have an issue with the overall power and such...only the off the line wheelies(off the corners).Pretty sure Brock's can sort that for ya.
I know with mine, changing exhaust can and all,and the Flash/mapping,it screams.I haven't been able to ride her since late 2015.I got the new stage 2 setup and downshifter deal(this year).Have NO idea how she's gonna behave. But before, with just a Guhl flash...she was out there for sure.

@h2madness! No, the power is fine other than 3rd gear in a 75 mph corner doesn't pull hard enough for me. 2nd, is too low and the bike just doesn't behave (TC going in and out). So gearing up, should make 2nd perfect for those types of corners. And maybe just maybe 2nd will be a good wheelie gear. Not to mention 1st becoming usable.
