I think where the attraction of the H2 sits is because the package was built around the supercharger, not a supercharger fitted to the the package. Yes you can get stupid power froma liter bike on the fairly cheep, but we're talking power mods, add in new suspension components and you're easily into the $10K's. Oh, and warranty...
20-22K For A Factory Warranty Hot Rod Supercharged H2 Would Be A Good Deal
what would you like pricing on the H2 to be around for you to want to buy it?
20-22K H2 / 38-40K H2R
I'll throw it back to you and everyone else.
What do you think is fair?
How much of a premium over a ZX10 ABS would you pay for a H2?
I paid $12,300 cash for a brand new 2012 ZX10 ABS.
I paid $9,500 cash for a brand new 2006 GSX-R 1000.
5K Over The 15K ZX10R ABS MSRP Would Be A Fair Price IMO
I Paid $9500 Cash For My Gun Metal Grey 2006 GSXR1000 (Best GSXR1000 Ever Made To Date Period!!!)
Yup it's a lot, a lot that opens you up to a wide range of toys that are fast and fun
Good Times To Be A Gear Head With All The Choices We Have
Fair, good jumping off point I figure is RC8. Trellis, just over a liter, components ostensibly on par with H2, $16,499...
Ok Now Add A Supercharger To Your Trellis Framed RC8's MSRP Of $16,499 +5K Supercharger = MSRP Of $21,499
I Think The Perception Of Value Is Up To The Purchaser Of The Product.
Everyone Has Their Own Opinion On What Something Is "WORTH"
The Market Will Bear The Ultimate Value Of A Product And Sell Accordingly
I Paid For Many Things In My Life And They Were All WORTH IT TO ME
2014 Shelby GT500 MSRP $55,000 Worth It To Me
2012 Yamaha V-Max MSRP $20,000 Worth It To Me
2010 Ducati 1198S Corse MSRP $25,000 Worth It To Me
The Moral To The Story Is Everything Is Worth What Someone Will Pay For It
If We Don't Think It's Worth It, Then We Will Not Buy It, But Someone Else Will
