The 3800 is probably the real H2R where as the 3801 is probably the H2 with R full exhaust system and aftermarket CF cowling.

You can see A-TECH CO.LTD in the picture, A-TECH is famous company who is developing DRY CF parts in Japan also delivery CF cowling to lot of JSB(JapanSuper Bike series) team.
The wings are the stock for H2R and others ware made with DRY CF.

This CF is so named as KAISEN, special weave for more strength than usual weave, means less weight (less layer) with same strength.

J@EKAISEN

and you will be able to see lot of DRY CF parts for H2 in here.
KAISAI is order made, usual plain weave and diagonal weave CF also available.

It's your own that you believe or not, but A-TECH is a fiber cowling fabricatornot the painter.

I want you to introduce about the Team 38...

Team 38 is not the official factory team of KHI but in-company club teamof KHI established by employees of KHI motorcycle development department in1975 and all member are KHI employees..

Name was coming from factory building number #38 what motor cycledevelopment department was located.

This is very famous and well known for KAWASAKI motorcycle enthusiasts.

Why gimmick paint cowling was used by such a team??

You will able to check the Kawasaki USA comment on facebook dated 4thAug. also.
