NonBock Sounds to me like the slave cylinder piston is tilting and jamming in the slave body. They said they checked the slave but did they really? Did they try replacing the slave cylinder assembly?

Brianmurphy84 having a good product is great but customer service and aftersales is what keeps customers and your business thriving... i should know....im in auto trade 22 years and no complaints

Brianmurphy84 just to add....as it was winter i did not require my bike or a courtesy bike as weather is misserable... id prefer bike repaired less fuss for all involved. parts were back order....some seals and a gasket took weeks so yeah all in all bike possibly travelled upto 8 times in a van to dealer and back and attempted repair 3 or 4 times.....wearing me thin at this point. Find another member who has exact issue and finally my dealer grasps how frustrsting and embarassing this all is.....waiting on kawa hq now to step in and sort this once and for all. hoping to help other member and anyone one else by posting....thanks again guys

Brianmurphy84 its winter....just before i put bike away went last run of the season with 2 mates (s1000rr's) see other posts where i post broke screen thats when clutch issue came to light. sent bike to dealer for annual service and said can they look at clutch.....paid for bike to be returned from dealer test rode it 6 mile felt worse. rang them they said they took everypart of clutch system appart found a few stuck plates renewed those and rebuilt....sent them video...they agreed something a miss.. paid to have bike shipped to them....kawa recommend new input shaft as dealer finds 'burr' kawa foot bill... im happy... bike is returned to me again... i pay for that....under assurance kawa will reimburse me... ride bike 8 mile problem is back again....so 2000 pounds worth of components incl input shaft did not cure clutch issue. sorry if its hard to grasp.....i am a very busy person and i dont get alot of free time to pop on forum and explain in better or greater detail.

All this sounds super weird
They took months to change oil n try n figure out what’s wrong
No offense this sounds wonky
Something is off in either ur description or dealership is completely incompetent.

Something is completely off

I have total engine rebuilds on my other race bikes that take less time then this

Are you saying it took them months to fix or you left it and they recently fixed it?
