Been reading quite a few of the posts on tuning and ECU flashing. Also I have been looking at the Vandemon exhaust system, but that will have to wait.

Really looking forward to riding the H2, will be a little different to one of my other bikes.

Hi Bushy ,
Interested to see the 48 5T as I have a 39 T100 .
A few early Speed Twins were factory black originally but 99% were the traditional amaranth red , how long have you owned it ?
Sort of chalk and cheese to the H2 but also the perfect companion /antidote too . I won't say to much about riding the H2 only that you are unlikely to confuse the two of them when riding .

@Supercharged

Bought the 5T as a project in Sep 2008, so just over 8 years.

I have a few other old bikes as well, but most of them project bikes, few running complete, and on the road.

Is that an early 30s model X ? What a stunner . Early 50s thunderbird ? I have a sports version of the Honda hiding behind the Norton ,a 1964 CB 77 . The Matchless ( I think ) is a fantastic find ,I'm very envious of that .

Even a little bit rarer being a 1935 AJS model 2, 5T as I bought it. The Honda is not mine though.

Bushy
I'll try not to hog this " new member section " but WOW that model 2 is going to be soooo nice . Please post up any progress on this stunner on the off topic section .
Nice not to be the only one who likes old 30s bikes as well as silver coated missiles like the H2

Just about to finalize a purchase from a friend of mine for his 2016 H2, this bike is a beast! I have been riding bikes for over 15 years now and am new to the forums, any tips on riding the H2 would be more than welcome!

Hello and welcome

You wont be disappointed with the H2, its in a class of its own, literally

We all ride differently so its difficult to advise on riding, enjoy the bike for what it is, a very quick piece of motorcycle history

Oh, then you can start throwing loads of money at it if you want to

Congratulations on the bike! If your been riding for that long I would assume you had a few different bikes. This bad MF is nothing like you have ridden before! I won't spoil it for you, just get it ride and experience the ultimate...
Happy riding and keep us updated on the purchase!
Cheers from Australia!

Just got on here. I'm Tim, I have had quite a few bikes, Kawasaki being my favorite. My 3 best bikes ever were: 85 Turbo (Full HPU upgrades), and a bolt on ZX12, and Bolt on ZX14. I'm currently bike-less, but looking to get an H2 Carbon sometime in the next year. I'm a helicopter Pilot for a living.
