Melted oil lines
Burnt fuses
Cracked valves
Exhaust leak

Third blown doing WOT runs
400hp
Cracked valves and valve housing
Toasted pistons
Burnt clutch plates
Had to have the top end of motor milled ported n polished

Now bike was brought back down to 340ish hp

At this point bike has
Port polished top of engine
Flashed ecu
Intercooler
Rcc turbo
Pcv
Heavy duty springs, valves, clutch cable
Aftermarket rods, cams, pistons, ceramic internal and external bearings, upper/lower fuel injectors, fuel pump
Upgraded oil pump gears
+1 F -3 R sprockets
Ohlins steering dampener
Re Valved and new springs front suspension to 250lbs rider
New rear spring for 250lbs rider
Stainless brake lines front back
Tuned speedohealer
Quickshifter ecu cut off
Best guess without more info
1: cyl temps high , too lean and not enough octane and or not enough timing control

2: cyl temps still went too high again probably too lean or not enough timing control , external stuff , fuel pump fuse ? still using std fuse and wiring for high demand aftermarket pump ,

3: cyl temps high again, still lean and or not enough octane or timing control
what clutch setup, and hope you cleaned the oil pickup

You need a datalogger, it would be way cheaper than constant rebuilds, log your RPM, PSI, TPS, A/F , EGT, Fuel pressure ,
you should be able to hold it and see the egt climb to a comfortable level and hold there , if it keeps climbing you would adjust something

Yea at this point data logged and or boost controller might be in order.
I asked why the fuses he said it’s normal bike is 2008
As for clutch I had the Brock’s clutch mod in there that elimates a plate I believe he said.
He took that out cuz he said you need as much plates as possible with this much tq n power.

This graph was the last graph he did when it had approx 400 hp.
On graph it says 340ish but that’s in 4th gear because he couldn’t run it in 5th cuz it kept
Resetting dyno cuz it kept flying over 200mph.

Bike is a total beast when it’s running good.
It always was a beast when it was running good.
It’s just it’s soo hard to keep a bike this heavily modified working cuz basically I am the R&D.
And this type of heavily modded bike isn’t usually used for isle of TT runs lmao
