The "report post" button, for any post, is underneath the username and left of the "edit-quote-multiquote-quick reply" - there is a triangular symbol with an exclamation mark in it ... that's the one. Press that button and answer the questions that follow (why you are reporting the post, etc).

Here's something to chuckle about. Moderators/administrators have a couple more buttons there, to hand out infractions and trace the origin and history of posts. Take one guess who has more infractions on this board than anyone else: I do. We were having issues with the infraction system a while back and I opted to be the whipping boy, the test subject. I must have a hundred infractions because of that, from while we were trying to get it to work!

As for "da rules" ...

If you go to "Tools" in the menu just below the heading of these forums and press "FAQ", down at the bottom you see a link called "Terms of Use". It is probably linked to elsewhere as well but that page is a starting point for how to use this internet forum, so the link is on there. It leads here: VerticalScope - Driven by Enthusiasts

That is a standard terms of use document that is used for all VerticalScope forums.

Down three-quarters of the way near the bottom is the "You may not ..." list, one of which is:
"Use the Web Site to post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane or indecent information of any kind, including without limitation any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any local, state, provincial, national or international law."

And right at the bottom is this, which authorises us, the moderators and administrators, to do what we have to do:

"Termination

We may cancel or terminate your right to use the Web Site or any part of the Web Site at any time without notice. In the event of cancellation or termination, you are no longer authorized to access the part of the Web Site affected by such cancellation or termination. The restrictions imposed on you with respect to material downloaded from the Web Site, and the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in these Terms and Conditions of Service, shall survive."

Try not to make us use that :-)

If you read the original post carefully what Brock is basically saying very subtly is "now that I'm a paid vendor, I would like you to ban anyone who is critical of me. If you don't, I'm not paying you anymore."

This is the thread he's upset about and Nola and Selenap are the guys he wants booted;

H2 Wings by ActiveMoto

(The drama is on page 3).

Not to stir the pot but - as subtly as I can say this - banning two guys from here isn't going to fix your reputation.

Pretty sure I wasnt the part of that, that ticked him off. I have PM'ed him several times in the past and have zero grievances. Selenap has an ax to grind.

Cliff Secord aka H2Rworking aka TheLastH2Rfighter, aka Ad Nauseam,

Brock has a bad reputation? How's that? Yeah no one that owns a Brocks Performance modded H2 respects what Brocks has done for the H2, uh huh.

And really? LoL! Come on, you're the very last guy that should be giving ninja2.org posting etiquette lessons. There's quite a few people that left this place because of your alias & another poster. Good posters that were polite & patient to everyone like "SilverBirdH2" who was continually harassed by you & left, well known racers like RG that were attacked & left, interesting YouTube posters w/ H2s that have a lot to offer like 650ib, harassed, gone, H2 parts vendors that were berated, gone....

Why there's so much vitriol directed at Brock with your prior ids/posts I honestly have no idea. Somehow I guess you think being "critical" of his parts is what, helpful to others, that's why you do it? I totally disagree with you about Brocks Performance & by the amount of posters here running Brocks Performance parts on their H2 or Stage I or Stage II H2s kits it seems obvious most disagree w/ you. I can tell you the constant bad mouthing certainly doesn't help anyone on the forum and I've never seen even a single post where Brock has been anything but 100% professional even while being attacked by the same 2 & only 2 posters, tell you he's a better man then me.

You don't have to approve of every poster comment or of a vendors parts but it's enough just to say why & let it be. There's a way of doing it respectfully but making it personal, stalking them? Continually trying here to damage that person or their business isn't actually going to hurt them if they have an extremely reputable, growing business with thousands of very happy customers like Brocks Performance but it definitely hurts the whole board when they stop contributing here w/ expertise only they may have or be willing to share in such a forum & then leave. But maybe that's the agenda to turn this forum into a ninjah2.net where you really are "TheLastH2Rfighter"/poster there.

Why the moderators would allow someone who gets banned to come back again & again with different alias's to continue berating good posters & vendors is beyond me. Its certainly not the way any other forum I've seen operate. You get warnings, if you continue to demonstrate over & over again that you're too stubborn or thick to understand those warnings & get "banned', you should be banned but here you can get numerous warnings, get banned a few times w/ numerous ids & then still post w/ a brand new id? ... Like I said a couple of weeks ago, it's a real shame, in 2015 this place used to be great, it was active every day with dozens & dozens of interesting posts & threads from people all over the world & despite there being so many more H2 owners out there now because of one or 2 people it's turning into a ghost town, sometimes days go by now w/ only a post or two.

I know you're supposed to be brand new poster here but we know who you are & there's probably a few of us that remember your posts directed at Brock & others so my guess since you started posting again, it's not just as you say selenap that Brock is probably referring to. But you know that otherwise you wouldn't have already started right where you left off. Its obvious you & selenap have a problem w/ Brock but PLEASE for the sake of the board & posters like myself who love Brocks H2 products & greatly value his input here, stop. Did I say PLEASE?

OK I except I may have a strange sense of humour but I was amused that someone had taken the trouble to poo on an air filter !
Would it stop my buying that make of filter ? Probably ,until others had posted up it now fits and works well , would it stop me buying from Brock if I needed more speed ? No .
Yesterday's news is tomorrow's fish & chip paper . (Apologies to US readers but basically means old news )
I'm as interested to read about Land speed H2s and Salt racer H2 builds , modifications and general H2 news but as an adult it would take more than bum crayon doodling on a air filter to offend me .
This is still a interesting and informative forum that will suffer far worse when a newer , faster two wheeled toy is launched than a few tit for tat messages .

We know who TheLastH2RFighter is.

STRADALE is not wrong in what he is saying. I wanted someone other than myself or the moderating team to say it first.

We will be watching and will offer a very short leash. VERY short. If there is ONE justifiable complaint, ONE justifiable reported post, ONE angry private message, TheLastH2RFighter is gone. Furthermore, if I get ONE private message from that member complaining about how they are being treated unfairly (it has happened before) ... same result. Gone. Furthermore. TheLastH2RFighter is hereby ordered to cease and desist when it comes to all matters Brock. That topic is OFF LIMITS for that member. NOT ONE WORD either for or against, and no inferences or attempts to circumvent or go around these rules. Violation=ban. Furthermore, the complaints department is CLOSED.

If TheLastH2RFigher behaves, and does not attack Brock's Performance, and does not send angry private messages, and does not throw insults as has been the pattern in the past - in other words, behaves like a respectable person - he can stay.

Well said STRADALE, you get it.

GoFaster, sounds like a good start. Thank you for your consideration on this topic.

*sigh* Too busy at work to even get a reply on here quick enough. Thankfully GoFaster has taken care of things.

Hopefully we can all act mature enough to avoid anymore drama

!. He hates 650ib, but likes his videos. (I know, I don't understand the thought process)
2, He hates Brock, because instead of sending his filter back for a refund, he chose to take a dump on it.
3. He hates "pigs", and everybody should agree with him.

So where ever these subjects come up on any posts, he is going to take a jab.

He's got a loose cannon.
