I'm just always curious why people are selling when its so new. Money troubles? Pressure from the wife?

They probably realize it's not for them...Or the above.If it's a comfort thing...that can be corrected.I did.If it's a throttle issue...that can ALSO be corrected.The ergos are important...this bike doesn't match everyone's wants in that area.I'm fine with mine...and I'm 6'1".(after some modding that is).

I had a feeling it would come down to that.
Good chance that owner might have lurked here once, would have been great to hear their reasons for selling it. Might even help some folks in knowing the H2 might not be the long-term bike they were looking for.

Umm...The last 'modding' I had was a '73 Buick Station Wagon turning left in front of me...That's why I'm 6'1.5" when I stand on my right leg, and 6'3/4" when I stand on my left.

I have no idea why the bike is for sale - but I'll guess.

Calgary is oil country. We have a solid resource and we work hard to develop that resource. The result of our hard work is success. We have good incomes and a high standard of living.

When the price of oil dropped it made a notable difference here. The mood really changed last December - but we were still working hard and we were still getting good results.

In the Spring we had a provincial election and a very, very socialist, pro-union, anti capitalist, anti business government won the day. They spend like crazy and tax success like crazy - already 25% increase in income tax, a doubling of the carbon tax and a 20% increase in corporate taxes, a huge increase in minimum wage - all in the first couple of months. We've never had a government like this before. It's almost completely shut down our dominant industry. We're only finishing up last years work. It's bad here. I personally have only had 1 day of work since the election over 3 months ago.

So, that's what I think happened. Someone bought the bike just before the price of oil dropped and our new government killed any hope for recovery.

Mines not for sale. Yet.

It's bad here right now.

"(after some modding that is)"...LOL...guess that was an odd place to put that.I'm sorry you got your body modded...but yer still RIDING!That's a good thing

We know the paint on this bike is very sensitive. It does require some extra care. Not everyone wants to deal with that.Others have done the film finish...others,Nano seal or something. It's pretty easy to decide soon after getting it whether a guy wants to deal with that or not.Selling it so new...smart move if that's how one feels.

When I decided to get this bike...I was determined to make it work if it didn't quite fit.I already knew that it's size might not be right for me.But after riding, and determining what I needed to do to really make it work,I went for it.I'm very happy with mine...it fits me perfect.I would kinda like to get some pegs that would lower the leg position a bit...but I'm not committed to that right now...it's fine for me right now.I would like a throttlemeister on there...that would put the icing on the cake

I can definitely see the financial deal being an issue.

I don't care what other bike you buy - it's certainly not as good looking as the H2.

****.... I'm in love with mine! When I light the fuse on that thing - awesomeness.
